To ensure that every client is serviced in an efficient and timely manner. Services not booked during the time of booking may be refused. Any appointment not cancelled or rescheduled online 24 hours before, will forfeit their deposit. "No show" appointments will forfeit deposit or have the card on file charged, and be refused future services. Deposits are only transferable if rescheduled online 24 hours or more in advance. Canceling your appointment after 48 hrs for services over 2 hours in duration will have the card on file charged 50% of the booked service(s). Texting or emailing will not suffice as a rescheduled appointment. Being later than 15 minutes will result in forfeit of deposit and being later than 20 minutes will result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeit of deposit or being charged. NO returns or exchanges on custom made units. You have 24 hours after the wig is picked up or shipped to notify us of any necessary alterations and/or problems free of charge. After 24 hours you will be charged accordingly.
